I've Managed Several Groups of players in many games and have had to get rid of people i would call friends. In real life i worked in the service industry all through out highschool and had to Deal with many Differen't types of individuals. This relates because This is a Service and Entertainment Industry where You have to Be polite and generous at times where Things may seem Tough. However being a manager also taught me that sometimes you have to put your foot down because Not every person Can be pleased as some try to take advantage of a situation.

Why i Would be a Good Candidate:

I'd be a good candidate because i'll uphold the Rules no matter if they affect me negatively. If a player has breaken the Rules ill also ensure that the punishment fits the Crime and that the player had a fair trial. I will not ban until i have Proof That they have broken the rules. To help me With My job i would use Video Recording Programs Such as Fraps or Another Software to help Record and Analyze the Evidence i have to Ensure the Ban Was Deserved.

How Do I Deal With DDos Threats:

These Threats are Against the Law and Indoing so The law Will be Brought into this. I Would Do whatever is necessary to Ensure the proper authority is contacted and the person in question is Dealt with in the proper manner. Without needing to be said the player would be banned his ip logged and screenshots taken of the player threatening the attack.

A player has demanded to Talk to you about a purchase he made or Refund:

This is not a moderators job and therefore you As a moderator will never have to deal with this unless your promoted to admin.
If This does occur You should forward this to a Admin or higher to Deal with as its above your job description.

A Player has been Caught Xraying:

Depends if its his first or second time. If first a TempBan for a Day if Second its a Perma Ban. Notify an Admin after Catching him to have the player Permanently Banned.

A player is using forcefield:

The player is to be Permanently Banned with no option to Be unbanned. This is an Offence that harms the player Community as well as the economy.

If the player has a hacked client:

Tell him to Force update and he will be checked randomy from time to time.
